Apartment overlooking the Mediterranean sea, exceptional view of the tower Solidor Dianrd, it is south facing and situated in Saint Malo Saint Servan - only 15 minutes walk from intramural - Shops and restaurants nearby.
Beach at the foot of the apartment, also offering beautiful walks..

Duplex,  fully equipped (tv, dvd , dishwasher and washing machine / dryer, sofa ).
Ground floor: entrance, kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...), dining room, living room with sofa.

Upstairs: bedroom, bathroom (washing dryer), toilet.

 
The apartment has 1 bed 140 , blankets and pillows. You must provide your own sheets and pillowcases, and your towels (if you do not take them in supplement).
Also provide kitchen linens (towels, napkins, mats, sponges etc ...)
 

The apartment is available from 15h and must be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure. Thank you. L
