General and particular conditions

General conditions :
the subscription to a sojourn implies the acceptance of the general conditions governing the relations between the renter and the tenant.

Specific conditions :
The subscription will be considered as definitive when the advance fee (representing 25 % of the price of the rental) will be received.
This advance fee will be cashed by the renter in case of termination of the contract.

Price :
The hereby contract will be considered as null and void if the balance is not fully paid when the keys are delivered and the advance fee will be kept by the renter as a compensation.

Deposit :
Moreover and as a warranty of the execution of the stipulations from the hereby contract, along with the restitution in good contitions of the rental, the equipments and the furniture, a deposit of 100€ will be paid by the tenant with the payment of the balance (2 separated checks).

Restitution of the deposit :
The restitution of the deposit will be done the day of the departure without the price of the missing objects, the cleanings and the fixes required to set to rigths the place. If different costs exceed the amount of the deposit, the tenant involves himself to pay the balance.

IMPORTANT :
If the number of people is greater than what was set and signed in the rental contract, the renter can refuse the additional tenants.

INVENTORY :
The inventory is displayed in each flat, all claims will have to be done before the end of the day following the arrival.
After this time the inventory will be considered as agreed by the tenant.
In case of loss of the keys by the tenant, an amount of 30€ will be compeled to cover the expenses pertaining to this loss (the change of the door lock).
The tenant will use the place, the equipments and the furniture with a responsible and respectful behaviour. 
The tenant admits to have read the descriptive of the place. 

Sublease are strictly forbidden.
